While the Camelot Bar in San Jose is not quite the place where you will find the knights of the round table the bar is quite large and has a round shape.

Apart from usually being hot and crowded with locals there are usually a few girls waiting for a knight in shining armor to take them upstairs for about $15 a session.

Otherwise, the beer is cheap and the prices for liquor are printed clearly on the wall.

Camelot opens in the early afternoon and really is geared toward pulling in the after work crowd.

There are no dancers or poles, but its easy to meet a girl and chat her up in Spanish. Don't be shy on your way in as there are usually a few girls waiting around the door.

Recent construction of the 4th Avenue pedestrian boulevard makes Camelot easier to reach as the entrance faces it directly.

The location on northwest of the Soledad Map puts Camelot about midway between Soledad Church and Parque Central, which is the point of reference for the Parque Central Map.
