Pension Flamingo
Pension Flamingo is the place when you are looking for cheap booze and cheap women at any hour of the day or night. The bar seems to draw in a modest after work crowd in the late afternoon during the week, however the girls are mostly hit or miss.
During the past several years this place has been named Chica Dorada and Club 40, and the latest name change came after the now infamous Police Sweep of 2008. For a while the girls from the adjacent Jet Set 70E had moved over here when it was closed for remodeling.
The price for sex with a chica in the back room is about $20 to $30, and a beer costs about $2.
Located on the western edge of Barrio Amon some care should be exercised as you descend into the Red Zone just several blocks to the west. You come to Pension Flamingo on 7th Avenue one block west of Muses, and continuing in the same direction reach Krysis on the next block.

I strolled in recently and the lineup wasn't bad for the price. Quite a few choices, no movie stars but most were at least passable. I chose one named Mercedes who was a little chubby but had a great attitude and was lots of fun and quite into it. The price was great at $20 and the rooms were decent.
They have now added a bar as you walk in on the left--a few girls but none i liked
