Lipstick often has a small assortment of attractive dancers, however it is at best a clip joint and at worst a dangerous place to visit. The stanard scam is to run up a large bill on the foreign tourist and use the threat of violence to enforce payment.
The locals who come here tend to sit at the bar, pay the bartender directly and avoid talking to any of the waiters. Dancers are receptive to giving out their phone numbers, but any option for having sex in the club will likely exceed $200.
Lipstick is located in the same building as Krysis, which has its own entrance around the corner. Krysis, however is not a clip joint and is managed independently.
Better options for nude entertainment and dancing hookers in the downtown area would be Club Monoco or Le Grillion.

This is A-1 Clip Joint. I live here and three out of towners went there. I met them there as well. They were presented with a $600. bill, NO SEX just drinks. They were circled by three thugs to pay the bill. The cops showed up I called secretly. After hour discussion they paid $100 bucks each and I left with them. This was on January 2010. BEWARE!!!

I ORDERED A DIET COKE AND HE ORDERED A COKE. SHE WANTED A DRINK SO SHE GOT SOME ALCOHOL DRINK. TOTAL COST FOR THOSE 3 DRINKS WAS $40.00.
